Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit of R1,000 is required to confirm your booking. The first payment brings the total paid to 50% of the package cost. The final balance (remaining 50%) is due before departure.

Cancellation Policy

More than 70 days before departure — loss of deposit only. 43–70 days — 50% of total. 14–42 days — 75% of total. Fewer than 14 days — 100% of total.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients arrange comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover cancellation, medical expenses, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Our Responsibilities

We accept responsibility for ensuring that all parts of your package are provided as described. In the event of a failure in our services, we will take appropriate remedial action.
